Ultra-flat actuators

Palladio uses a thermo-electric actuator to lock and unlock its cylinders. This actuator offers exceptionally good trade-offs between size and working travel, as well as net weight and force.

In this way, the classical shape of cylinder and key can be retained while sustainably boosting system performance. In addition, an opposed locking system prevents the cylinder being unlocked by external heat.
